在这项研究中, 对两个商业建筑使用的冰蓄冷空调系统(ISAC)进行了全面的分析和试验研究。系统诊断表明，设计问题和经营策略是导致能源使用效率低的主要原因。这篇文章中对补救措施进行了详细的讨论并且提出了一些建议。

1. 简介

冰蓄冷空调系统被认为是建筑物空调系统中改善电力供需矛盾最有效措施之一，尤其是在实现用电负荷的 “移峰填谷”方面。台湾当地已经实行峰谷电价政策，将峰谷电价比由5比1提高到了7比1，以促进冰蓄冷空调系统的发展和应用。

在这项研究中选了两个都安装冰蓄冷空调系统的大楼, 通过全面实验评估他们的业绩。
